Head of Sales

accountabilities

  • Development strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
  • Evangelize the product and personally close the largest deals.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities.
  • Preparation of forecasts and KPI reporting.
  • ​​Establishing the customer requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Building and overseeing a sales team.
  • Working closely with Shen.AI Product Manager, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

requirements

  • 7 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in selling SaaS software.
  • Experience in med-tech or healthcare (nice to have).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
