When you purchase medical devices, you have to rely on the stability of the manufacturers, while they rely on the stability of producers of the materials ā and it goes on and it goes on. In the last 15 years, I have seen companies manufacturing various devices fall just because they didn't have the materials or the logistics or the infrastructure, or they couldn't service the product.
