Shen AI is designed as an embedded SDK, allowing you to present the measurement flow under your own brand. Depending on your plan, white-label functionality is available so that users interact with your product rather than the Shen AI brand.

What does 'white label' mean?

In a white-label integration, users remain within your application's experience throughout the measurement flow. The SDK is integrated into your product, allowing the measurement to feel like a native feature rather than a third-party service.

Available branding options

Although most aspects of the measurement flow are covered by the SDK's customization options (you can learn more about that in Customizing the measurement experience, some settings relate specifically to branding.

Color theme

The built-in measurement interface supports configurable color themes, allowing you to align the experience with your application's visual identity.

These settings can be configured directly or managed through Remote Configuration, making it possible to update the appearance without publishing a new version of your application.

PDF reports

If your application generates PDF reports, these can be branded with your own visual identity.

Depending on your implementation, PDF reports can include your organization's branding instead of the default Shen AI presentation, creating a more consistent experience for users who download or share their results.

Measurement customization

Branding is only one part of creating a seamless user experience. The SDK also supports extensive customization of the measurement flow itself, including user interface behavior, measurement settings, available health indices, Remote Configuration, and other implementation options.
