Your 30-day free trial gives you the opportunity to explore Shen AI, integrate the SDK into your application, and evaluate how the platform fits your product before committing to a paid subscription.
This guide explains what's included in the trial, what additional capabilities become available with paid plans, and what happens when you decide to upgrade.
What’s included in the free trial?
Every trial gives you access to the full Shen AI platform for 30 days, so you can experience the product in a real development environment. During this time, you can install the SDK, build your integration, and test the available features without making an upfront payment.
Your trial includes:
- Full access to the Shen AI Platform and Developer Portal.
- The ability to create licenses and SDK keys.
- Up to 100 scans to be used within the 30-day period.
- The features included in your selected subscription tier.
Once you reach either the usage limit or the end of the 30-day trial, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to continue using Shen AI. Otherwise, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan, which gives you access to heart rate measurements with 250 scans per month.
Understanding plan differences
Shen AI offers several subscription tiers designed for different stages of product development and growth.
Lower-tier plans are ideal for prototyping and early product development, while higher-tier plans increase your monthly usage limits and unlock additional capabilities such as the full library of health markers, white-label customization, PDF health reports, dedicated support, and advanced insights. Enterprise plans also include tailored pricing and additional license keys for larger deployments.

Upgrading your subscription
As your project grows, you can upgrade your subscription at any time.
To do that, open the Billing section in the Shen AI Platform to review the available plans, compare their features, and select the option that best matches your expected usage.
Upgrading increases your available resources and unlocks the additional features included in your new plan. Your subscription changes take effect without requiring you to create a new account or start your integration again.
What happens after you upgrade?
Upgrading your subscription does not affect your existing development work.
Your account, licenses, SDK keys, and integration remain the same. Your application can continue using the existing credentials, while your subscription gains access to the additional capacity and features included in your new plan.
This means you can continue building without recreating projects or generating new SDK keys simply because you've changed plans.
Managing your subscription
You can review your current subscription, billing information, and available plans at any time from the Shen AI Platform.
If your project outgrows the standard plans or requires higher usage limits, additional license keys, or tailored commercial terms, you can contact us to discuss an Enterprise plan.
