As our Data Partnerships & Operations Manager, you will be the crucial link between our R&D needs and real-world data. You will blend strong project management skills with an operational mindset, taking full ownership of our diverse data collection initiatives. This includes managing relationships with external partners, overseeing our own field operations, and ensuring the integrity of the data that fuels our life-saving products.

Key responsibilities:
Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Partner Project Management: Oversee and manage data acquisition contracts with our strategic partners (e.g., healthcare providers, labs). Monitor their progress, serve as the main point of contact, and ensure deliverables meet our quality standards and timelines.
- Field Operations Management: Plan, organize, and execute in-house data collection studies. This includes site selection, logistics, and managing a team of contractors responsible for taking measurements.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage external companies and contractors to support data collection efforts. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance monitoring.
- Quality Assurance & Supervision: Implement and oversee data quality protocols at the point of collection. Conduct initial quality checks, supervise the work of field teams and partners, and ensure data is accurately documented and prepared for our R&D pipeline.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to understand their data requirements and provide feedback from the field to refine collection protocols and strategies.
Requirements

- An Experienced Project Manager: You have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ideally in a clinical research, MedTech, or data-centric environment. You know how to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
- An Operational Leader: You are comfortable with the realities of fieldwork. You can organize teams, manage logistics, and solve problems on the fly. You thrive in dynamic environments and can bring order to chaos.
- A Quality-Driven Professional: You have a keen eye for detail and understand that the quality of our data is paramount. Experience with data quality control processes is a major plus.
- A Skilled Negotiator & Communicator: You can confidently represent Shen.AI in discussions with partners and vendors, and you are adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- A Collaborative Team Player: You are eager to work with a world-class R&D team and understand how your work directly impacts product development.
- Experience in a related field (e.g., clinical trials, medical data collection) is highly desirable.
