Shen AI, a cutting-edge AI and digital health startup, is seeking a driven and versatile Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team.

As an Account Executive at Shen AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our revolutionary AI Health Monitoring solutions that utilize advanced facial scanning technology. Your mission will be to identify and convert high-potential leads, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and secure lucrative deals that propel our company's growth.

We're looking for a scrappy, fearless individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking to uncover new opportunities. Prior experience in health tech is a plus, but not an absolute necessity. We value grit, hustle, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives through innovative technology.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare, insurance and wellness sectors
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and position Shen AI's solutions as the best fit. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and implementation, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast sales activities and revenue
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects 
  • Grow Shen through value-based selling 

Requirements

Nasze wymagania:

  • SaaS sales experience: minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in digital health, medtech, or AI-powered platforms.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand complex customer requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Curiosity & learning agility: keeps up with AI trends and buyer behavior shifts.
  • Fluency in English is required
