Head of People

accountabilities

  • Take care of the company's culture and its further development
  • Create and execute People programs and processes, including: onboarding, off-boarding, one-on-one, continuous performance management, personal development programs 
  • Create and oversee team-building and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee internal communication alignement to our culture standards
  • Create and oversee Employer Branding strategy and actions
  • Mentor, coach and provide feedback to the team
  • Conduct and coordinate recruitment processes (stand up for employing only the best candidates!)
  • Coordinate and support internal knowledge sharing
  • Build and guide the People team (when it's time for growth) 

requirements

  • At least 3 years professional experience in related roles including remote-first organization
  • Experience in creating and implementing People programs and processes
  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices and trends
  • Ability to build authentic and honest professional relationships
  • Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English 
  • Comfortable using technologies (G-Suite, IT recruitment tools, Slack, etc.)
  • Great self-organization and deep sense of ownership
  • Openness and empathy
  • Internal drive to work and deliver
