Product Manager

accountabilities

  • Setting up vision, roadmap and prioritizing backlog of Shen.AI SDK and Mobile & Web demo-products.
  • Maximizing the value of Shen.AI SDK: understanding the market and the customer needs and usage of Shen.AI SDK.
  • Market research - identifying cross-industry opportunities for Shen.AI SDK integrations.
  • Leading the process of Shen.AI SDK customers technical integration.
  • Working closely and communicating Shen.AI SDK vision and goals with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering teams and other stakeholders.
  • Customer advocate.

requirements

  • 3 years of independent IT product management position(s).
  • Client-centric and focused on building honest, strong relations.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, both on team’s and individual level.
  • Great self-organization and deep sense of ownership.
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices.
  • Ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and transform them into activities.
  • Advanced written and verbal English.
